CHIHARU…THE MARTINI OF A THOUSAND SPRINGS

2 oz. (60ml) Gin
2 oz. (60ml) Lychee Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Plum Wine
Lemon Oil Mist
Garnish: Pickled Cherry Blossom Flowers, Lemon Twist
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass with ice, combine gin, lychee liqueur, and plum wine. Stir well.
2. Strain mix into a martini glass and drop in some pickled cherry blossom flowers from tea.
3. Spray some lemon oil mist and garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy responsibly!
