By subscribing you consent to receiving newsletters from Bartendeo.com with promotions and contests. You may receive e-mails and text messages about the following subjects.
Lifestyle, health, sports, exercise, clothing and accessories, competitions, questionnaires, cars and car repairs, IT, telecom, electronics, movies, TV, magazines, discount leaves, customer clubs, money, finance and economy (including loans), customer clubs, benefit clubs and surveys.

The frequency will be 1-2 daily newsletters.

Acceptance of the terms for subscriptions
By signing up you agree to let Bartendeo.com withdraw the introduction price and then the normal monthly rate for the monthly subscription from the credit card used when signing up. When you buy a subscription, you will automatically be renewed until you terminate under ”My account” on either http://abo.eximiusmedia.eu or www.Bartendeo.com. You have to be at least 18 years of age and reside in the following countries DK, SE, NO, FI, NL or UK to have a valid subscription to Bartendeo.com. There are no hidden charges when purchasing the introduction subscription associated with the before mentioned welcome gift, just the amount stated in the campaigns, as you can terminate you subscription before the 7 days introduction period runs out. You will have to terminate any subscription 24 hours before renewal.

Welcome gifts
There is an expected delivery time of 30 days, depending on demand, products, and gift certificates in relation to your welcome gift. If you haven’t received your gift within 30 days after signing up, there have been a mistake and you should contact our customer service, who will make sure to send your gift. If the gift you have requested have been sold out or if it is delayed, or if something else is causing that we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will offer you another gift to be sent instead and the original gift will not be sent. Welcome gifts will not be sent if you haven’t filled your address correctly on our website www.Bartendeo.com within 7 days after registering.  The gift will also be denied if your payments are not paid in due time, if the payment is rejected by the payment provider, if the customer is now on a monthly subscriptions and doesn’t pay the monthly charge, and if by some reason we are not able to withdraw your payment. In any of these cases happen, you will forfeit your gift and if you payment is cancelled multiple times; your subscription will be terminated. You also have to be residing in the country of where you are paying membership fees, to be able to claim your gift.

To ensure that we have the correct name and address, we need you to send documentation in the form of a copy of your driver’s licence, your passport or national identity card, along with a copy of an invoice no older than 3 months, confirming your name and address. The name on the card used with the order match with the name on the documentation. This is to avoid scams and wrong name or address; this is to protect our self, and our customers. If the documentation is incomplete or refused sent to us, you will not receive a gift. You are required to meet our terms, to receive the gift.

The documentation you send to our customer service at customerservice@Bartendeo.com. We reserve the right to refuse documentation if there is doubt about its authenticity.

If a card holder makes a chargeback on a payment, the cardholder will automatically lose the right to refunds, the welcome gift and will be denied access to all websites owned by Eximius Media Ltd. To receive the gift all terms and rules are complied with and all payments are timely, and not paid by stolen, invalid cards, or anything else, that would result in the terms not being met. In the case of terms not being met, you will lose the right to refunds and welcome gift.

Returns and rights of withdrawal
You can terminate your subscription at Bartendeo.com by logging on to subscription administration (http://abo.eximiusmedia.eu) or via ”my account” on www.Bartendeo.com. You have to terminate your subscription at least 24 hours before your trial subscription is renewed to a new period. If you have any questions you are more than welcome to can contact us at support@Bartendeo.com. We are open weekdays from 09.00-16.00 and will do our best to guide you and answer your questions within 48 hours on weekdays and we are closed in the weekends. You should note that we cannot terminate a subscriptions on behalf of customers, we can only guide you how to terminate it on our website. Termination has to done by the customers themselves; just follow the instructions regarding the termination. It is the customer’s obligation and responsibility to terminate an active subscription to Bartendeo.com if the subscriber is no longer interested in our services.

Liability and responsibility of the cardholder
You registration is binding from the moment you log into your profile and thus take your subscription in use. The cardholder is required to pay the full amount for the whole period and the following payments, unless the cardholder has terminated the subscription correctly as described in the terms. It is cardholder’s responsibility to make sure there is sufficient balance on the card to pay for the subscription. In the case insufficient payment, fraud or repeated errors, the subscriber will lose access to our website, any welcome gift and refunds. Changes to these terms
Bartendeo.com reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. If the terms change it will be published on our website and the subscriber will have 30 days to terminate the subscription if you disagree with the terms. This will apply in a case of significant changes in your current agreement with Bartendeo.com. After the 30 days any still existing member will be deemed to have accepted the changes implied. The subscriber can at any time change address and user details via the users profile. The changes till then take effect in the current terms.

Failure to receive welcome mails, winner mails etc.
Bartendeo.com cannot be held accountable for the subscriber not receiving welcome mail, terminations, welcome gift mails, invoices, receipts etc. It is at any time the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that your provider or e-mail is accessible and able to receive the mentioned mails. By ensure that they do not end up in the spam folder or ”junk mail”. E-mail providers such as Hotmail and Gmail can have problems related to the of e-mails sent from Bartendeo.com and we advise you to use an alternative provider when subscribing to Bartendeo.com
