Benedictine meets flaming orange, two of Ian’s favorite things! This cocktail utilizes gin, but the real focus is on the herbal liqueur Benedictine, even though it’s one of the least quantities on the recipe card, it’s the one with the most distinct flavor.
Of course, you also have to flame an orange so you can watch that action and try it for yourself as well. Pick your favorite gin, probably something that doesn’t have a lot of distinct distracting flavors as you may lose some of the lovely Benedictine (or make it better?)
D.O.M Cocktail
2 oz. gin, 1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice, 1/2 oz. Benedictine, Flamed Orange Peel.
