How are we doing, guys? This is Quarters, the drinking game. What you’re going to need for this game is either, if you’re a badass, a shot glass or a normal cocktail, small, rocks glass for the middle of the table, some friends, and a stack of quarters. Oh, and of course some beer. What you’re going to do is give everybody a quarter and give everybody a quarter. And what they’re going to do is everybody is going to line up around the table, have full beverage in your hand.
How the game works is each player gets a turn. Now, I get a turn to bounce this quarter off of the table and attempt to put it into this glass. I failed. If that were to happen, you pass, if the play passes on to the next person, and they get to try the same thing. Now, if I were to do that and make it I get the quarter back, I get another chance, and I get to give a drink. Bob, drink. He drinks. Now, I get to go again. Two in a row. Look out! I take a quarter back. I get one more chance. Sally, take a drink. Oh! Okay, so I missed. But I wanted to get to this point where I could tell you about the third make.
The third make, you get to make a rule. Any rule you want. A common rule is you can’t say drink, drank, or drunk. Another rule is you can’t say quarter. You can’t asked questions. All sorts of things. You can make any rule you want. Be creative. And, yeah, you can only throw the quarter with the heads up. There are lots of rules you can do. And if anyone breaks that rule through the course of the game they have to drink. Alright? So one more little demonstration. I get to go, one chance. I miss it. It passes on to the next player. They get a chance. And if you make three in a row you get to make a rule. Alright? And that is Quarters the drinking game.
