Ingredients
Fresh strawberries – 6 no.s
Fresh cream – 3 barspoons
Sugar syrup – 15 ml
Coconut syrup – 15 ml
Pineapple juice – 60 ml
Method:
Toss some strawberries in a shaker glass and muddle it.
Fill the glass with icecubes.
Add sugar syrup, fresh cream and coconut syrup.
Shake the drink and strain it into a long-stemmed glass.
Garnish.
