The Greyhound:
2 oz VEEV Spirit
1/2 oz Aperol
2 oz Grapefruit
2 dashes Peychuad’s bitters (optional)
Garnish with sprig of rosemary
Glass Type: Rocks Glass
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake.
Pour all ingredients into rocks glass.
