VEEV Negroni
1 1/2 oz VEEV Spirit
1 oz Martini Rossi Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Aperol
Garnish: Orange peel
Glass Type: Rocks or Coupe
Stir all ingredients in cocktail shaker until very cold.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass or over ice into a chilled rocks glass with one large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange peel.
